“Intercultural dimension within new Alliances challenges” Conference by Dominique Mazoyer & Ali Bondagjy Alumni Aerospace MBA PT6 – Career Booster

On Dec. 8th, took place a conference towards FT19 and Aerospace MBA Alumni community in Bosco Building, TBS.

This conference aims at providing to the graduates with a very concrete approach of how cultural differences are part of SkyTeam daily life.

At the time of globalisation and emergence of a new alliance generation, can cultural difference be an asset? How can it contribute to value the new model? What are the game changers?

Cultural differences are a challenge and an opportunity.  How does SkyTeam Alliance cope with 20 partners and 18 different nationalities? The Alliance business model evolves: How to minimize the inter-cultural impacts?

What are the next coming game changers, which will influence differences and practices?

     

Mrs Dominique Mazoyer-Boye                                                 

Dominique is an accomplished leader, IT expert within Airline Alliance industry covering a wide cross-functional area of the commercial domain.  Currently manager of business development at Air France KLM CIO office, she is also a consultant for SkyTeam. She is promoting her services as strategic advisor for AFKL airline partners.

Dominique has worked all over the world, driving project in Indonesia, Taiwan, South America, Lebanon and Turkey.  She is now working as CEO advisor for a Greek airline.

This extensive international background has given her the chance to work with many nationalities and get some unique experience within inter-cultural management. She holds an MBA of Information Technology in Travel Management from ESCAET Aix en Provence and started her carrier at Amadeus GDS in Sophia Antipolis

 

 Mr. Ali Bondagjy  

Ali is an airline leader with international experiences and aviation educational background. He had successful experience in integrating SAUDIA Airlines into SkyTeam Airlines Alliance 2012. Few years later, he was selected to work for SkyTeam Management Headquarter located in the Netherlands as Director Alliance Operations. Working in such a unique multicultural business environment was a great challenging experience for him to deal daily with 20 different airlines as well as organizing  several Working Groups Sessions and Board Meetings in different locations almost in every 2 to 3 months.

Ali has been in the airlines industry and more specifically in SAUDIA Airlines for 17 years and worked in several different areas such as Operations, Safety, Quality and Project Management and now in Commercial Area Leading SAUDIA Alliances Management.

Ali holds an Executive Aerospace MBA from Toulouse Business School, and Bachelor Degree in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology. He lived in 4 countries and been to more than 20 countries.
